I'm Vasziljeva Tánya, also known as Tavasz. I was born in Irkutszk, Russia. I graduated as an engineer-economist from the University of Kiev.
I live in Hungary since 1978.

I learned painting from my sister, who is a painter and lives in Russia. Later, László Fió - the recently passed away painter - was my mentor. I'm interested in the are of abstract and all kinds of phase extraction processes. Most of my works are created in lyrical abstract style.

Painting has become an essential part of my life. I started painting as a mature person, I experience it as a positivity, and I perceive it as an ability to create. It's a gift, my destiny.

I had 9 exhibitions sor far, furthermore I also participated in group exhibitions. In 2015 I established the Painter's Club in Piliscsaba, which I'm still leading. For two and a half years I was the CEO for the Piliscsaba Art Gallery. During this period I organized several exhibitions.
